NYU BFA THESIS INSTALLATION 2022

There is both a violence and tenderness in the process of collage, of cutting things up and putting them back together. Diasporic culture is a collage. With a lens on the erosion, transformation, and generation of tradition that is catalyzed by diaspora, Real Estate, or the Price of Our Survival considers the importance of domestic space as a safeguard for culture as well as the instability of place in Jewish history.
